Vicki Wallace-Godbout was born and raised on the Madawaska Maliseet First Nation, New Brunswick. A lawyer and small business owner with extensive experience in business development and management, Ms. Wallace-Godbout is known for her ongoing efforts in economic development initiatives with First Nations communities.
Amongst her business ventures, Ms. Wallace-Godbout is co-owner of Truck Stop+ Edmundston established in 2012; Burger King Edmundston, Greco Edmundston, Capt Submarine and Frozu situated at the Grey Rock Power Centre on the Madawaska Maliseet First Nation; Truck Stop+ Moncton and Moncton VIP Truck Wash; and she is also co-owner of Frontière FM, the first privately owned commercial Francophone radio station in Canada, outside of Québec.
